    IBIS has an app for collecting species observations, and you can find it right on the homepage of our website! Just click on the link, and it will take you to the app stores where you can download it easily and sign up. When you log into the app, just look for the "Capture Observation" tab with a camera icon on your home screen. Clicking on it will allow you to snap a new photo or pick one from your phone's gallery.

    Once you've chosen, you can capture a picture or upload one. There's even a handy image cropper to help you resize it just right! Next, you’ll be asked to name your observation – you can easily select from a dropdown list of species, and there’s some extra information to fill in as well.

    Once you’ve got everything set, just hit confirm to record your observation. Happy capturing!

    You can upload the photographs of the observations you want to make, it will help us as well to bring users like you a better visual experience. We’re excited to let you know that our team is currently brainstorming ideas for the video feature. Stay tuned for updates!

    When you log into the app, just look for the “Observations” tab on the left pane of your home screen. Clicking it will you two options “All Observations” and “My Observations”?

    Please go ahead and open “My observation list” and select the observation you want to Edit or Delete by clicking on the three dots on the image card.

    When you’re ready to make an observation, we’d love for you to share a few details with us-

    1. Scientific name of the species you’re observing - just pick it from the easy dropdown menu provided by IBIS!
    2. Project name that your observation will be part of.
    3. Individual count - how many you spotted!
    4. Any extra notes or remarks you want to add.

    Once you’ve completed everything, just hit "Confirm" to save your observation. Happy observing!
